It is true, food tastes better when you are in nature.  Kielbasa tin foil dinners are easy meals to make while camping and they are fun too.  Have the whole family make and wrap up their own.  You don’t have to wait for camping to make this meal, it is great in your backyard too.”

 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 kielbasa sausages
  • 6 red potatoesKielbasa Tin Foil Dinners
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • rosemary
  • garlic powder
  • sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil or butter
  • tin foil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the kielbasa into ½” pieces.  Chop the carrots and potatoes into bite size pieces.  Dice the onion and mince the garlic.  Add a portion of everything to a cut piece of foil about a foot long.
  2. Sprinkle rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and olive oil on top.
  3. Wrap in foil tightly and put on a hot barbeque.  Cook for 30 minutes or until done, potatoes and carrots will be soft.  Be sure to turn every couple of minutes to avoid burning.
