INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
1. Thoroughly rinse clams and discard any that do not close when tapped, if not already closed.
2. Add oil to a saucepan and heat on medium. Chop onion and mince garlic then add to saucepan and cook until translucent.
3. Add wine, parsley, salt, pepper, butter and then the clams. Cover pan and cook for 10 minutes or until clams open.
4. Discard clams that did not open. Pour clams and juices into a serving bowl and serve.
