Yes it is easy to make spaghetti gluten free!  Just substitute gluten free brown rice noodles and you have a delicious Italian meal for your family to enjoy!”

 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground turkey burger
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 small zucchinis grated (*optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil or 2 basil leaves chopped
  • 30 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 package gluten free brown rice noodles

DIRECTIONSspaghetti 1 wp

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium high heat.  Add turkey burger, cook until browned.  Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
  2. Add zucchini, salt, oregano, pepper, basil, tomato sauce and sugar to the skillet.  Stir and cover, simmer on low for 20 minutes.
  3. Make noodles according to the package.
  4. Pour noodles onto a large platter and top with spaghetti sauce.  Garnish with basil and serve.
