- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground turkey burger
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 2 small zucchinis grated (*optional)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried basil or 2 basil leaves chopped
- 30 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 package gluten free brown rice noodles

- Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium high heat. Add turkey burger, cook until browned. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
- Add zucchini, salt, oregano, pepper, basil, tomato sauce and sugar to the skillet. Stir and cover, simmer on low for 20 minutes.
- Make noodles according to the package.
- Pour noodles onto a large platter and top with spaghetti sauce. Garnish with basil and serve.
