INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
1. Add flour, sugar, salt and cocoa powder to a pan and stir.
2. Scald milk in another pan.
3. Beat egg slightly in a bowl. Slowly add scalded milk to the egg while whisking briskly.
3. Slowly add milk to flour mixture a little at a time, stirring briskly
4. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Stirring constantly until thick.
