If you are looking for a dairy free Irish Cream Liquor, this homemade version tastes just like Bailey’s Irish Cream! Add to coffee, in your baking, pour on top of ice cream, the possibilities are endless with this creamy chocolaty liquor.”
INGREDIENTS
- 375 ml. Jameson’s Irish whiskey (or any Irish whiskey you like)
- ½ cup sugar
- 14 ounce can coconut cream
- ½ cup rice milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons powdered chocolate
- 2 teaspoons. instant espresso or ¼ cup coffee
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend well.
- Store in an airtight container.
