Creamy, chocolatey, gluten free, dairy free chocolate ganache.  Easy to make and delicious.  Use to dip your favorite fruit, as a topping for ice cream, or for your little ones to finger paint with.”

 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 cups rice milk
  • 1 tablespoon brown rice flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg slightly beaten egg
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

DIRECTIONS

1.  Add flour, sugar, salt and cocoa powder to a pan and stir.

2.  Scald milk in another pan.

3.  Beat egg slightly in a bowl.  Slowly add scalded milk to the egg while whisking briskly.

3.  Slowly add milk to flour mixture a little at a time, stirring briskly

4.  Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.  Stirring constantly until thick.
