Who knew dairy free could be so delicious?  Light, fluffy and creamy.  This whipped cream is better than the dairy version.  Use to top desserts, to cream coffees, to top hot chocolate/mochas, or as a fruit dip.  Add cocoa to make a decadent chocolate whipped cream.”



  • 14 ounces canned coconut cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup sugar or agave


1.  Chill the canned coconut cream in the refrigerator over night.  This is to separate the coconut cream from the coconut water.

2.  Carefully scoop the cream off the top and add to a mixing bowl.  Discard the coconut water or drink it.

3.  Add vanilla and sugar.  Whip on high in a mixer until fully whipped.  Refrigerate until set up.  Keep refrigerated.




Chef Notes:

*Add 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder for chocolate dairy free whipped cream.
