A great recipe to impress your guests or treat yourself to this restaurant style dish.  Fish poached in white wine with italian seasoning; close your eyes and you will feel like you are in Tuscany.  Pair with a dry white wine, quinoa, and dairy free coleslaw for a wonderful light summer meal.”

 

>> INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 filets of white fish like tilapia
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup white wine like Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay
  • 1 teaspoon tuscan seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

1. In a warm skillet add fish, butter, wine, seasoning, and garlic salt.

2. Place a lid and cook on medium heat until just done about 10 minutes.

3. Serve with cooked quinoa and Laurel’s Dairy Free Coleslaw.
