INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven @375 deg. F
2. Brown sausage in a skillet. Drain excess oil.
3. Add garlic, tomato sauce, basil, oregano, and garlic salt. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Thinly slice zucchini lengthwise or Spiralize the zucchini using the large flat blade.
5. Stir the ricotta cheese into the meat sauce and take off heat.
6. Add about 2 Tbsp. meat sauce into the bottom of a lasagna pan to coat the bottom.
7. Layer first with zucchini, then with meat sauce, and lastly with mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers and end with zucchini and cheese.
8. Cook in oven for 30 mins. and serve.

*This recipe is Paleo-friendly.
*Zucchinis can also be peeled before spiralizing if you do not want the appearance of “green” in your dish.
