INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oil in a skillet. Add ground turkey and cook until done.
2. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until onion is soft.
3. Add garlic powder, parsley, oregano, basil, sesame oil, tomato sauce, and sugar. Reduce heat to a simmer cover and cook for 15 minutes.
4. Spiralize the zucchini with the coolest kitchen tool! The Spiral Vegetable Slicer by Paderno World Cuisine.
5. Steam the spiral zucchini in a steamer for a few minutes, just soft and al dente.
6. Add the zucchini to a serving bowl, pour meat sauce on top and serve!
