INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven 400 degrees. In a small bowl add yeast, sugar, and water and mix. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
2. In a large bowl add flour, salt, oregano, and basil. Mix well.
3. Add milk, oil, and yeast mixture and mix with hands, form into a ball and flour with brown rice flour.
4. Press ball flat and flour with brown rice flour. Roll out onto greased pizza stone.
5. Cook for 15 minutes.
6. When you are ready, set oven temperature to 425 degrees.
7. Add sauce, cheese and toppings of your choice for a great snack or meal.
8. Cook for 15 more minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
Chef Notes:
Try something besides red sauce as a base. Pesto, olive oil with seasoning, and garlic sauce all make great bases.
Serve pizza crust with melted mozzarella for dipping with our gluten free pizza soup to make a kid pleasing, soul warming meal.
