INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
2. While cooking ground turkey add a small amount of water to the bottom of another skillet and then
place zucchinis cut side down in the pan and cover. Cook zucchini on medium heat until almost done.
You want it just done enough to be able to scrape out the inside. Allow to cool.
2. Add onion and garlic to the skillet with cooked ground turkey and cook until tender.
3. Once cool, scrap out the inside of the zucchinis and add what you scrapped out to the skillet.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients tomato sauce through salt to the skillet and bring to a boil, cook for 5
minutes. Take off heat and add rice or quinoa.
5. Place zucchinis on a cookie sheet and fill each one with the meat sauce.
6. Top with cheese if dairy free is not what you are looking for and place on grill. BBQ for about 20 minutes or until done.
