DIRECTIONS
- Add brats to a stock pot and add enough water to just cover them. Add the can/bottle of gluten free beer. Cover and boil for 20 minutes.
- Take brats out of the pot and place on a platter.
- Place on BBQ and grill until browned.
- Grill hot dog buns until warm.
- Spread Dijon mustard on bun and add brat.
- Serve with olive oil potato chips.
