Laurel has eliminated the two most important ingredients for old fashioned fudge making; condensed milk and Karo syrup. By using a mixture of coconut oil and coconut milk, dairy is eliminated from this yummy treat. The peanut butter lends to the wonderful rich, fudgy texture and the use of cream of tartar helps ensure the sugar does not crystallize on you – a common snafu when candy making!
