INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
1. Chill the canned coconut cream in the refrigerator over night. This is to separate the coconut cream from the coconut water.
2. Carefully scoop the cream off the top and add to a mixing bowl. Discard the coconut water or drink it.
3. Add cocoa powder, vanilla and sugar. Whip on high in a mixer until fully whipped. Refrigerate until set up. Keep refrigerated.
