INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 10 chicken pieces, thighs or breasts
DIRECTIONS
- Thoroughly wash the chicken and then place in the crock pot.
- Pour balsamic vinegar and then olive oil over the chicken.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, oregano, basil, powder, salt garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley on top of the chicken pieces.
- Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
