INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
1. Bring water to a boil in a pan. Cook hot dogs on medium heat until done. Cut into small pieces and put on a plate.
2. Warm chili in a pan. Pour into a bowl.
3. Slice avocado, cut up lettuce and cilantro, and dice tomato and onion. Add to small separate bowls.
4. Place all ingredients on the table and make your own Frito Boats.
5. Add corn ships to the bowl. Layer with lettuce, chili, hot dogs, onion, tomato, avocado, and shredded cheese. Top with sour cream and cilantro.
Chef Notes:
*You can use (2) 16 ounce cans of chili instead of homemade chili. To make this meal vegetarian, leave out the hot dogs and serve with vegetarian chili (*see black bean vegetarian chili recipe), canned or homemade.
