INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
1. Boil potatoes in water until soft in the middle when stuck with a fork.
2. Drain potatoes and add to a large bowl.
3. Add butter, salt and pepper. Pour in just enough buttermilk (about ½ cup) until desired consistency. Mash with a hand-held potato masher.
