Super Easy Zucchini Pasta

This gluten free zucchini pasta is super easy and delicious!  Serve as an entree or as a side dish.  So fast to prepare, it leaves you plenty of time to mingle with your guests.  This is my go-to lunch when I need something fast and yummy!”



  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 large fresh basil leaves sliced thinly into strips
  • 1 medium size zucchini
  • sea salt to taste


1.  Melt butter in a sauce pan on medium heat. Add garlic and basil and cook for few minutes, until soft.

2.  Spiralize zucchini into pasta strings.

3.  Stir zucchini into the butter sauce in the sauce pan and cook for a few minutes  Be sure not to over cook.  You want the zucchini just heated and not soft.

4. Sprinkle with salt and serve!  It is that easy!

*This recipe is Paleo-friendly.

*Zucchinis can also be peeled before spiralizing if you do not want the appearance of “green” in your dish.
