INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 10 chicken pieces, thighs or breasts

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Thoroughly wash the chicken and then place in the crock pot.Crock Pot Balsamic Chicken 2
  2. Pour balsamic vinegar and then olive oil over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle minced garlic, oregano, basil, powder, salt garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley on top of the chicken pieces.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
