This bone boost cucumber juice is packed full of vitamins K, C, and calcium.  A great way to nourish your body and grow stronger bones.”

 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 1 lime

DIRECTIONS

1.  Start by thoroughly washing your vegetables.

2. Add cucumber, celery, pineapple and a peeled lime to the juicer.

3.  Drink within 15 minutes for max nutrient benefits.
